LETTER OF RECOMENDATION

To Whom It May Concern,

It is my privilege to write a letter of recommendation for Emily Rohan, as she completes her Masters Degree in Azrieli Graduate School. As Rosh Midrasha of Tiferet, we were very pleased to have Emily work for us last year as part of our informal education staff. This year she teaches occasionally in the formal classroom in Tiferet, and we look forward to seeing her continued achievements and progress in the world of Jewish Education.

Emily’s relationship with her students was excellent. She conveys a maturity and professionalism on the one hand, which enables her students to rely on her judgement and wisdom in a variety of circumstances. On the other hand, she is also very devoted to her students, and is always willing to put in extra time and effort necessary to meet their needs. She works ceaselessly to provide them with the best possible educational experience.

On a professional level, I also found it very refreshing to work with Emily. She takes her job seriously and professionally, and makes her decisions after consultation with her supervisors, and with all due thought. I always felt that Emily was part of our Tiferet “team” and that she would never shirk from fulfilling her responisbilities, even if a part of the job was uncomfortable or unpleasant.

In the years that I have known Emily, she has grown tremendously in her knowledge, abilities and skills. But she never shies away from learning more, and I know that she is pushing herself to grow further to make herself into an even more valuable educator.

I highly recommend Emily Rohan for the Masters degree, and I look forward to her taking her part in the community of Jewish educators.

Kol tuv,

Azriel Rosner
